Core Responsibilities

Lead a team of up to 12 sales specialists to hit sales quotas in the LATAM market. Conduct training and coaching while ensuring compliance with processes and regulations.

Requirements

Candidates must have proficiency in Spanish and English, along with at least 3 years of experience in telemarketing or B2C sales and sales management. Strong communication skills and experience with CRM systems are also required.
