Core Responsibilities

Hotel Reservation Agents handle inbound and outbound calls to assist guests with their reservation needs and provide excellent customer service. They are responsible for resolving customer issues, maintaining knowledge of company policies, and meeting sales goals.

Requirements

Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. They should have excellent organizational skills, the ability to work under pressure, and knowledge of MS Office applications.
