Requirements
Candidates must have prior experience managing customer service, preferably with outsourced operations (BPOs), and proven ability to track, analyze, and interpret operational indicators. Essential requirements include strong quantitative analysis skills, clear communication, proven leadership in projects, a hands-on profile oriented towards results, and 100% in-person availability in Juazeiro do Norte – CE.
