Core Responsibilities

The HRIS Analyst will ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data, monitor and audit HR data, and oversee process improvements. They will also provide end-to-end HRIS support and collaborate with various teams to implement efficient HR system solutions.

Requirements

Candidates should have 3+ years of HRIS experience and familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors. Strong communication skills and proficiency in SQL and Python are also important for this role.
