Lead and manage all activities of the Assistance and Customer Service unit, ensuring efficiency and quality in service. Propose and implement new products and services while adapting existing ones to market needs.

Requirements

A university degree and prior experience in similar positions, preferably in service management or customer support, are required. Advanced English skills for effective communication in international environments are also necessary.
