The Paid Growth Lead is responsible for owning paid acquisition end-to-end across all major channels, focusing on building, scaling, and systematizing the company's paid growth engine rather than just running campaigns. This involves full ownership of budget, channels, experimentation, and tooling, with an expectation to move quickly and ship weekly.

Requirements

Candidates must have 4+ years of hands-on experience scaling paid acquisition in fast-moving environments, with deep expertise in Meta Ads and TikTok, and comfort using SQL with raw event data. Strong fluency with AI tools, automation, and proven ability to operate independently from centralized analytics teams are also required.
