Core Responsibilities

The Desktop Support Associate provides general L1 support for hardware and MS Office packages, as well as advanced technical support for in-house applications. They are responsible for answering technical support calls, documenting troubleshooting steps, and escalating issues to other support groups as needed.

Requirements

Candidates must have availability to work 45 hours per week and an interest in working afternoon or night shifts. A minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service and advanced English proficiency are also required.
