The Employee Success Consultant will drive initiatives to enhance the employee experience and foster growth within the organization. This includes collaborating with business leaders to attract and retain top talent and crafting effective growth strategies in Eastern Europe, particularly Poland.

Requirements

Candidates must have over 8 years of hiring experience in the Polish talent market and a proven ability to build and nurture candidate relationships. Strong judgment, coaching, influencing, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with excellent communication skills in English.
