The SDR Trainee will support the Business Development area by identifying, analyzing, and generating high-quality B2B prospecting lists focused on SMB companies. This role emphasizes research, segmentation, and data accuracy to ensure alignment with the defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Requirements
Candidates should have a background in Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Business, or related fields, with 1 to 3 years of experience in roles such as BDA, Sales Ops, or Lead Generation. Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets and experience with CRM tools are also required.
