QuintoAndarCore Responsibilities
The manager will lead a small team of Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers, fostering high performance and acting as a technical reference for architecting and deploying machine learning systems. They will also align data strategy with business goals by discussing requirements with Product Managers and guiding experiment design and analysis.
Requirements
Candidates must have 2 to 3 years of proven experience leading data teams and managing careers, along with a deep understanding of machine learning concepts, statistics, and the engineering challenges of deploying ML systems in production. Proficiency in Python and strong English communication skills are mandatory.
