Requirements
Candidates must have prior experience managing customer service, preferably with outsourced operations (BPOs), and proven ability to track, analyze, and interpret operational indicators. Essential requirements include strong quantitative analysis skills, excellent communication, a hands-on profile, and the ability to lead projects while being fully present in Curitiba.
