The role involves conducting end-to-end recruitment processes for commercial and business positions of medium to high complexity. Additionally, the analyst will work consultatively with leadership and stakeholders to define profiles and recruitment strategies.

Requirements

Candidates must have a completed higher education degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, Communication, or related fields, along with solid experience in Talent Acquisition. A consultative approach, analytical skills, and experience in dynamic environments are also required.
