Core Responsibilities

Provide L2-L3 support for users accessing systems via Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and troubleshoot various issues related to AVD. Support local laptops used primarily for AVD connectivity and manage AVD environments.

Requirements

Hands-on experience supporting Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) is required along with strong troubleshooting skills in Windows 10/11. Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management is also necessary.
