Atria Health is a physician-owned organization with two main divisions focused on enhancing healthcare delivery. The primary division supports independent cardiovascular physicians by providing capital, operational expertise, and infrastructure. This partnership model allows physicians to maintain full ownership and control of their practices while receiving assistance in launching new ventures and transitioning to value-based care models. The secondary division, Atria Health and Research Insti
