Jobs for Humanity (JFH) is a platform dedicated to connecting inclusive employers with job seekers from underrepresented communities. This includes individuals who are blind or low vision, deaf or hard of hearing, neurodivergent, refugees, justice-impacted individuals, and single parents. The platform promotes fair hiring practices and operates as an online job board featuring over 3,120 live job listings across 24 industries. JFH offers various services to empower job seekers and support employers. Job seekers benefit from personalized alerts, coaching, and interview preparation, while employers receive training on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) to enhance their hiring practices. The platform also features a dedicated Discord server for community support and connects employers with service providers for additional resources like job coaching and skills training.
