Drive commercial development in the territory according to established strategies and the Sales Plan. Implement actions to maintain the existing customer base and lead the sales process to end users in collaboration with Business Partners. Motivate distributor sales teams to achieve greater market share and support the growth and development of the personnel involved.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Occupational Health, or related field. Proven experience of at least 5 years in sales functions within the industry and key account development. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
