This role involves providing expertise in Lean Agile processes, coaching key organizational roles to achieve self-sufficiency, and leading large-scale Agile transformations and complex Agile delivery efforts. The specialist will partner with senior leadership to transition from waterfall frameworks to Lean Agile and guide new Agile Release Trains (ARTs) through their transition.
Requirements
Candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years serving as an Agile Coach in a fast-paced technology environment, with at least 10 years working with Agile frameworks including hybrid models. Essential qualifications include advanced Agile certifications, deep knowledge of SAFe and LPM, and significant proficiency in tools like Jira Align.
