Sr. Training Analyst - Buenos Aires

Automate training and marketing processes using AI. Design personalized learning paths in various formats and develop multi-level commercial certification programs. Produce multimedia content including videos and podcasts, and analyze training data to measure impact on business performance.

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Administration, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in designing training programs for sales teams and at least 1 year implementing generative AI and automation in training projects. Proficiency in LMS platforms and authoring tools.
