The main mission is to bring quality registered Producer Agents and Referrers to IOL by proactively identifying, researching, and contacting high-potential allies. This involves guiding potential partners from initial contact through agreement signing, coordinating internal areas for smooth onboarding, and effectively closing agreements.
Requirements
Candidates must have a 100% commercial profile with a strong orientation towards results and closing deals, requiring experience in commercial roles within the financial or capital markets. Essential capabilities include prospecting, negotiation, and closing agreements with external producers or advisors, along with knowledge of the Argentine Producer Agent ecosystem.
