Core Responsibilities

This role involves designing and implementing variable compensation strategies for traditional channels and developing business analytics through dashboards to identify strategic opportunities. Key tasks include managing acquisition costs, designing incentive models, developing annual commercial campaign programs, and executing strategic analyses for senior management.

Requirements

Candidates must have a completed degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in acquisition cost analysis, incentive scheme construction, and business/sales intelligence. Experience in commercial areas within the Financial, Retail, or Pharma industries is preferred.
