Requirements
Candidates must have prior experience in Customer Success within B2B SaaS companies, specifically involving Implementation or Onboarding, and practical knowledge of CS metrics, especially those related to implementation. Essential soft skills include strong time management, the ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, adaptive and didactic communication, genuine interest in helping clients, empathy, and resilience in problem-solving.
