Technical Lead / Senior Software Engineer

Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring the delivery of reliable, secure, scalable, and maintainable software solutions. Review technical requirements, refine user stories, define acceptance criteria, and break down complex initiatives into manageable deliverables. Lead code reviews, refactoring initiatives, and performance optimization.

5+ years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Angular. Strong hands-on experience with microservices, GraphQL, RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS. Advanced English proficiency to work effectively with global teams.
