The Red Coast Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the logistics of corporate events and ensuring high-quality service during banquets. This includes managing staff assignments, maintaining communication with clients, and ensuring all event details are executed according to plan.

Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage, restaurant, or banquet settings, and must be able to work under pressure. Proficiency in English, a positive service attitude, and a valid food handling certification are also required.
