Core Responsibilities

You will lead regional sampling strategies, manage brand ambassador teams, and execute university-focused activations to drive consumer trial and brand visibility. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and commercial teams to ensure marketing objectives are met through effective event coordination and performance analysis.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications. You must have 1-3 years of experience in on-site brand activation and 3-5 years of experience in managing field marketing programs.
