Supervisor Centro Distribución Noviciado Pudahuel

Supervise and coordinate the operational processes of receiving at the Distribution Center. Ensure compliance with service levels, productivity, and established KPIs. Lead and train a team of collaborators, manage inventories, and ensure timely dispatch/receipt of goods.

Technical degree in Logistics, Human Resources, or Business Administration. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles with team leadership, preferably in distribution centers or retail. Proven experience leading teams of over 200 people and knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
