Manage customer reports and ensure team shift coverage. Follow up on baggage incidents and ensure adherence to procedures and policies. Be responsible for customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
What We're Looking For
High school diploma required, preferably a bachelor's degree. At least 1 year of experience in customer service, baggage handling, and flight closure procedures. Basic to intermediate English proficiency and intermediate Microsoft Office skills required.
