The Hub Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Client Care and Assist Hub, ensuring high-quality service delivery to Business Banking, CIB, and Wealth customers. This includes managing inbound and outbound interactions, handling complaints, and supporting the team leader in achieving performance metrics.

Requirements
