What You'll Do
Manage the B1 segment of small and medium business clients. Drive team results through training and empowerment. Ensure compliance with established quality standards and regulations. Strategically oversee B1 Managers and foster new business opportunities.
What We're Looking For
Certification CPA 10 – ANBIMA is required; CPA 20 or CEA is preferred. Bachelor's degree is required; postgraduate degree is a plus. Proficiency in Office Suite and knowledge of banking products is necessary. Experience as a Relationship Manager for Legal Entities is essential, with a preference for those with people management experience.
