Advogado (a) Sênior | Renegociação de Crédito

Analyze and monitor judicial recovery processes, extrajudicial recovery, and bankruptcy. Conduct and support credit recovery strategies, debt renegotiation, and restructuring. Evaluate legal risks and financial impacts related to credit operations. Support negotiations with debtors, creditors, financial advisors, and external law firms.

Bachelor's degree in Law with an active OAB. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in judicial recovery, bankruptcy, and credit recovery. Practical experience in debt restructuring and/or renegotiation. Solid knowledge of Law No. 11.101/2005 - Judicial Recovery and Bankruptcy Law.

The position is fully on-site in São Paulo/Vila Olímpia. The company offers a flexible work model depending on the function, with a focus on in-person interactions to enhance workplace relationships.
