Manage and execute processes related to recruitment, hiring, and performance evaluation. Conduct analysis, control, and follow-up in accordance with current policies and regulations. Implement structured selection processes, including competency-based interviews and assessment centers.

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. Postgraduate degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management, or similar. At least two years of proven experience in similar roles within the financial sector or regulated environments.
