What You'll Do
Assist in oversight of end-to-end HR service delivery operations across assigned countries, ensuring adherence to SLAs and service standards. Act as the primary escalation point for complex HR matters, engaging directly with Workers and Clients to investigate issues and provide resolutions. Drive compliance with country-specific employment laws and internal HR policies, ensuring readiness for audits and maintaining documentation.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in HR service delivery or related field. Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance in the APAC region. Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving operational excellence.
