Provide remote support to technicians for the installation and configuration of network assets such as switches, routers, and access points. Address issues for corporate clients by troubleshooting link problems and conducting tests on access equipment. Configure devices in client environments and SWA centers.

High school diploma required. Knowledge of wireless technologies, TCP/IP, Frame Relay, and VoIP is essential. Must possess a valid driver's license (category B).
