Panelist Enrollment Representative RBS

Proactively engage leads through outbound calls, follow-ups, and database mining. Convert interest into commitment by clearly explaining study requirements and addressing concerns. Schedule and manage appointments to maximize visit rates and study completion.

Minimum technical or technologist degree required, preferably a university degree in specified fields such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Communication. At least 1 year of professional experience, preferably in outbound calls, sales, recruitment, or client acquisition.

Salary to be agreed directly with SGS. The position is on-site and requires working from Monday to Friday.
