Validate the scope of work in notifications to ensure proper planning and scheduling. Initiate planning activities for WM, establishing priorities aligned with major event calendars. Verify and optimize strategies using Asset Integrity inputs, collaborating with strategy owners to recommend actions. Ensure the availability of competent resources for planned work by leveling internal resources and coordinating with service providers.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of work experience in field roles within mining companies. At least 3 years of proven experience in Planning and/or Reliability or Execution roles in semi-mobile equipment fleets. Proficient in SAP PM module and MS Project.
