Core Responsibilities

The Merchant Success Representative is responsible for communicating funding application results to merchants via phone, SMS, or email, providing explanations for negative outcomes and guidance for future improvements. Additionally, the role involves performing research, reviewing merchant interactions, and assisting the Merchant Success Supervisor with customer experience tasks.

Requirements

Candidates must be fluently bilingual in English and Spanish and possess effective verbal and written communication skills, along with intermediate/advanced computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office. Preferred experience is in customer service-related roles, and a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
