The paralegal will be responsible for drafting and preparing various immigration-related legal documents, submitting petitions to relevant agencies while meeting deadlines, and conducting thorough legal research on immigration laws and precedents. They must also maintain organized case files and communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish.
Requirements
Candidates must possess at least two years of experience as a paralegal in a U.S. immigration law firm, hold a law degree from their home country, and be permanently residing in Latin America. Essential requirements include fluency in English (C1+) and Spanish, strong knowledge of U.S. immigration procedures, and the ability to work independently on multiple projects.
