What You'll Do
As a Senior Lawyer, you will participate in meetings with internal and external clients to align transaction structures and negotiate terms. You will analyze documents related to debt offerings and equity offerings, including debenture agreements and prospectuses. Additionally, you will oversee the hiring of legal advisors and manage legal audits and opinions.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Law with an active OAB. Technical knowledge in Financial and Capital Markets, particularly in Public Offerings of Debt and Equity. Fluent in English, both written and oral, with experience in Financial Institutions or Law Firms.
