The Executive is responsible for delivering required service to the client portfolio by responding to communications, maintaining documentation, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports. Key duties include monitoring and analyzing claims experience, delivering training sessions, and proactively managing client support activities.

Requirements

Candidates should ideally possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a Technical Insurance Certification, along with 2 to 3 years of experience specifically in Health & Benefits Insurance. Advanced proficiency in English, technical knowledge in Life and Health Insurance, and strong customer service orientation are mandatory.
