This role involves acting as a strategic partner to business areas and HRBPs to transform strategic demands into structured development solutions.

Requirements

Candidates must have solid experience in Organizational Development and leadership training, including structuring programs from scratch and acting as a business partner. Required skills include analytical capacity for impact measurement, mastery of Instructional Design, and up-to-date knowledge of learning trends.
