Lead the technical strategy of the observability platform for AI agents by defining priorities, roadmap, and managing technical debt. Design and evolve pipelines, APIs, and data models to observe agents and their assets. Integrate observability signals into the continuous improvement cycle to generate actionable insights.

Experience in technical leadership of teams and architectural decision-making. Solid knowledge in Python or Go, microservices architecture, distributed systems, and API design. Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools like OpenTelemetry, Grafana, or Datadog.
