Lead and develop high-performance teams, ensuring quality hiring of new consultants based on technical and behavioral criteria. Plan and implement actions for consultants to achieve sales targets while providing ongoing feedback for team improvement. Actively participate in sales alongside the team, refining sales scripts and demonstrating effective sales techniques across various business channels.

Requirements

Ongoing undergraduate degree; experience in managing sales teams; certification as a Banking Correspondent for offering Consigned Credit products is essential. Preferred qualifications include a completed degree, a valid driver's license (category B), and experience leading sales teams in financial products.
