Core Responsibilities

The main challenge involves managing and growing the IT staffing service for financial sector clients, ensuring quality, compliance, continuity, and client satisfaction throughout the process. This includes coordinating the full IT talent provisioning cycle, managing SLAs, and acting as the primary contact point with client IT, Risk, Security, and Operations departments.

Requirements

Candidates must have 2 to 4 years of experience administering IT staffing, outsourcing, or managed services, preferably within the banking, fintech, or insurance sectors. Essential knowledge includes various IT profiles such as Development, QA, Data, Cloud, DevOps, Security, and Support, alongside advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets.
