Core Responsibilities

Lead the team responsible for capturing and developing major clients in Chile for the digital payments business, executing the end-to-end commercial process using consultative sales best practices to meet or exceed business objectives. Mentor team members during commercial meetings, focusing on teaching and developing individual negotiation and sales techniques.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a professional degree in Engineering, Economics, Administration, Finance, or related fields, coupled with over 6 years of experience in commercial roles and team leadership. Knowledge of payment methods, retail, or mobile is desirable.
