What You'll Do
Propose, design, and participate in the development of business solutions. Analyze initiatives to determine the best solution that meets client and business objectives. Coordinate with technology experts to outline technical aspects and develop implementation plans. Validate MVP hypotheses with stakeholders and propose adjustments based on testing results.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in banking and digital transformation sectors. Proficiency in data processing and analysis tools, and experience in process improvement proposals.
