Own finance for Americas Vegetables P&S operations, including field production, tolling, distribution, quality control, and plant operations. Lead month-end close, ensuring accurate accruals, cost allocations, and timely sign-off. Drive monthly reporting and forecasting, explaining variances, risks, opportunities, and full-year outlooks with the Americas P&S LT’s.

Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration. 10+ years of finance experience, preferably in agricultural, production, or supply chain environments. Senior finance business partnering experience with regional leadership teams, including month-end, budgeting, standard costing, and forecasting ownership.
