What You'll Do
Lead the Industrial Services team, promoting safety, development, and high performance. Ensure operational continuity of critical services for production, including cooling, water, air, steam, and energy. Supervise and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Manage external contractors ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and standards.
What We're Looking For
Professional degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum of 8 years of experience in industrial maintenance. Experience with SAP, maintenance management systems, performance indicators, and analysis. Experience leading technical and operational teams, preferably in production plants within the food industry.
