Manage team performance and provide necessary resources to achieve agency goals, while guiding team members through periodic visits.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. Postgraduate degree or MBA required. Experience in team management within a financial institution and solid knowledge of financial products and services. Certification C-PRO R and/or C-PRO I is mandatory.
