Core Responsibilities

The role involves managing a portfolio of B2B clients through outbound phone calls to drive revenue and close transactions. You will be responsible for advising customers on products, identifying upsell opportunities, and documenting all interactions in the CRM.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience in phone-based, customer-facing roles such as inside sales or account management. Proficiency in English at a C1 or near-native level and experience with CRM software like Salesforce are required.
