Analyze incidents occurring in the first mile network in accordance with the risk management plan. Issue incident reports with technical opinions and recommendations to business partners. Conduct risk audits and vulnerability assessments on collection routes and clusters. Generate dashboards with information obtained from incident analysis and risk audits.

Bachelor's degree in Business Logistics, Project Management, Administration, or Production Engineering. Previous experience in risk management in transportation and cargo insurance. Experience in reading and interpreting embedded tracking technology reports. Knowledge of G-Tools and/or Office Suite, as well as artificial intelligence platforms.
