Core Responsibilities

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for shielding the CEO’s time by independently managing their calendar, inbox, and travel arrangements, while also prioritizing, triaging, and drafting email responses. Key duties include coordinating leadership hiring processes, preparing meeting materials, and supporting special administrative projects as needed.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least one year of prior administrative experience, fluency in English, and outstanding organizational and time management skills, coupled with strong attention to detail. Proficiency in G-suite tools is required, alongside strong analytical and communication skills, high discretion, and the ability to operate proactively in an intense startup environment.
